I was treated properly. My truck was "fixed" in a timely manner. This was on a Friday, a warranty issue. I was not offered a loaner vehicle. On Sunday my truck did the exact thing I brought it in for, so apparently it was not fixed. On Monday, on my way to a funeral in Oklahoma, I called to report it messed up on me Sunday, so there would be record of it. On Monday evening , on my way home, it did it again. It seems it is doing it more frequently than it was before it was "fixed".

I had a great car-buying experience at Crain Buick GMC of Springdale! From the very first phone call, the sales team was professional, transparent, and accommodating. I was looking for a 2024 GMC Terrain and had very specific needs—power seats and a competitive price. When I spoke with the salesperson over the phone, he was upfront about what it would take to reach my desired price point. We came to an agreement on the call, and I truly appreciated the clarity and honesty. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as we had discussed—no surprises, no last-minute changes. The salesperson followed through on his commitment, making this one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve had. The finance manager was also great—he clearly explained the available add-ons but never pressured me into purchasing anything I didn’t need. I was given the space to make my own decisions, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. A big thanks to the sales team and the entire Crain Buick GMC of Springdale staff for making this process so seamless and professional! If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend them. Happy with my new Terrain!

I feel as if I do get a good deal; but my salesperson was too involved with multiple customers at one time, which caused the process to take way longer than it should have. There were multiple times I was left sitting at his desk alone, while he was trying to sell a car to other people. He was not the only salesperson on duty!

What a great service team at Crains GMC!! Didn’t take long at all thank you!!!

First, I was not there on Monday April 7th. Second, I have been in there to have a problem with my truck taken care of with the radio, bluetooth, and blinkers not working . On Feb 28th I took it in to have a part replaced that I was told was not working properly,(module) that made the radio, bluetooth, blinkers not work. On Sunday morning March 2nd it did it again. On Monday March 3rd, as I was leaving town to go to a funeral I called Crain deeler ship to let them know it had messed up on me again on Sunday after being "repaired". After leaving the funeral the truck messed up again, but since it was late night I was not able to call. A few days after, this happened again, while in town, so I drove to Crain. Josh said he can't do anything unless I drop it off. I told him I could not drop it off unless he gave me a loaner as it was my only vehicle, and I have several appointments to go to. He said he did not have a loaner but someone could take me home, as stated above, I had several appointments. At that point Josh had Caleb go out to run the code on it, then said it was the same code as it was when they "fixed" it. I said can you order another part to fix it since you have the code, he said no, it needed to be looked at by the mechanic, that the truck needed to be dropped off. Now fast forward to Yesterday April 8th, when I actually brought it in for an oil change(I made the appointment online through my email). When I made the appointment for 2PM, I also noted the drivers window needed looked at because of a loud noise coming from it when rolled up or down ONLY when it rains. I also noted that the part that was not "repaired" on Feb 28th needed repaired. Yesterday around 5:25 Caleb called to let me know my truck was ready. I asked what was the problem or what code was it throwing. He said none, then asked if they could keep it to see if it would mess up on them in the morning. I said no, what code was it throwing, he said "let me call you back". He called me back shortly, and said it is throwing the same code as before. When I got there to pick my truck up, he said he did not even think the truck was checked for what code it was throwing, he would be talking to the manager as to why it was not checked. Do I feel like I am getting the runaround ABSOLUTELY. I know for a fact my truck is not the only one doing this after checking around with others. I am not sure what the next step needs to be, but I would think someone needs to figure it out. I'm sure people don't like paying for a new vehicle, it be in the shop while making payments on it until the warranty runs out and be out of luck on the problems they have with it. Also, I was told there is no record kept on your vehicle when you call in with a problem. There should be a record kept on all problems under the VIN number, especially if it is a continual problem.

Our sales person, Daniel, was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, we never felt rushed, and he found the perfect GMC for us. Although the color we wanted was not on the lot he reached out to your other location and located one and had the vehicle there the next day. We will definitely recommend Daniel and Crain GMC to our friends.

We appreciated the extended amount of time we were in a loaner while awaiting a part to fix our truck. It was also a great touch delivering thw truck to our home when the repairs were complete so I didn't have to travel 30 min each way with a baby, toddler, and 2 car seats.

I bought two cars from the dealership so I feel like I have a pretty good understanding of how they operate. I usually buy from one dealership that I bought from for years, but they’re Chevrolet. We wanted GMC so I ventured out. I love the cars, but my experience purchasing them will was not great. It will be the last time I use that dealership.

This was my first time at this dealership and everything went smoothly with the service. However, the waiting room is severely lacking in amenities. First time I have waited in a dealership where only water was available for free. Every other place I have been has coffee machines that make fresh coffee or latte or hot chocolate and has a variety of snacks - chips, nuts, donuts, etc. I think a vending machine is insulting.

My experience with Buick was due mostly to my salesman Garrett. He asked questions, listened to what I was saying and helped me to weigh out my options. He did not make me feel pressured and that in itself was huge. Everyone else was great too.

They have been working really hard to try to solve the vibration problem that I’ve always had and they’re doing good. It’s a little better yet. I haven’t had it out on the highway yet so we’ll see and they get it in and get it out and get all the warranty work. They did great.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They called said the truck was ready, I get there, the truck was already pulled under the awning. I get in truck, and the glovebox was sitting in passenger seat floorboard, with a filter behind it. I guess they forgot to install it and then whomever drove it over under the awning, didn't see a glovebox sitting in the floorboard.

My car was there 3 times in 2 weeks. First visit was for an air flow sensor in which I guess my gas gauge was off and I just needed fuel, AMAZING. Leave with my car and notice my start is going out, had to take it back the next day because before hand, it wasn’t an issue. They replace the starter which is awesome but upon getting it back I drove it for probably little over an hour and then I get an alert on my dash that my engine is overheating and I needed to park my car and turn it off in which I did, popped the hood and come to find that their is no fluids in my vehicle period. No antifreeze, no oil… well I guess when replacing my starter and taking all the things out needed to get to the starter and putting it all back together, a radiator cap was forgotten then causing a giant leak in my car from all my fluids. Overall point, I feel the experience was exhausting and a lot of it was upon coming to this dealership for work and getting it back with a new issue with this car has BARELY hit over 3k miles, this vehicle is still new and now I’m paranoid as hell about my new car that will have my kids in it daily. Tough experience forsure and not to pleased with it.

I was in a bind with a tire that had a piece of metal in it. The found a replacement tire, had it at the shop before I even arrived. To top it off, they were able to patch my tire saving me about $200

The young man that helped was very nice and helpful. He was very patient in explaining everything to me, and when I called back asking him questions he was so very patient with an old woman. He is appreciated by me. If I have to call back I will be asking for him.

Scheduled for routine maintenance and a new set of tires. Work was expedient and high quality at a great price. They topped off the windshield wiper fluid and i believe they replace the wipers too. Ill be taking the truck here indefinitely. 10/10

Service was fine. Got back to my truck to find oil/grease on my interior. Then, found a small scratch on drivers side door after leaving. Had personally hand-washed and detailed my truck the previous day. I feel my vehicle should’ve been returned in as good or better condition than when I dropped it off.

I was from out of town. Service rider told me to come back in the morning at 7 AM and they can get started on me. They did got it fixed as out by 10:30-11:00 great dealership great service rider thank you.

My service attendant wouldnt call me back and it was not until my car was hostage for tw days did I find out what was wrong with it and what they had already started fixing. Finally on day 3 another attendant told me the bearing was gone and no I couldnt have a loaner car (its a GMA on warranty still and I am without a car????) Day 4 they said an axle also had to be repaired but the service guy didnt show up at work. Still no loaner - Day 6 my car was repaired

The all points inspection report was not done by the technician. For all I know you had my vehicle in there for 4 hours and did absolutely nothing to it. Very disappointing. I called and was told that the technician probably forgot, or may have been a trainee. But I could come back and you could do it. That would be another 4 hours of my life I couldn’t get back. No thanks, and do better.

The young man that handled the scheduled oil change was prompt friendly and professional. In and out in less than one hour. He also recommended a routine service that was manufacture recommended and I agreed to have it done.

Everything went well, as far as I’m aware of, with my vehicle; however, I was never given an exact quote on how much everything would be before the process. I was told initially $399 for the transmission fluid whenever I scheduled the appointment. When asked again while dropping the vehicle off, I was quoted $299. The end total was the $399, but it was misleading being told the incorrect price. I was also given a quote of $85 for the oil change. This ended up being $105. I understand they may of needed to put more oil in as I have a 6 qt tank, but it would have been nice to be quoted the correct price. I took it to a GMC dealership expecting them to know my vehicle as it’s a GMC, and there seemed to be no information. Lastly, the dude at the front desk who I dropped my keys off with was annoying. He seemed very irritated about me asking questions, and hurried me off. He was also smacking his gum super loud and obnoxiously, and that was also very irritating. Professionalism wasn’t anywhere near where it should be, and caused the experience to be bad. I will not be coming back.

The oil change process gets slower and slower each time. Over 2-hours for a oil change, tire rotation and basin 30K mile inspection. I used to perform oil changes and tire rotations outside of St. Louis and we had an expectation that a Lube Oil & Filter service + Tire Rotation could take over and hour. Service gets slower and price is increasing's, the math doesn't math!

Service agent and overall service was good. PLEASE turn down the music in the dealership. Couldn’t hear the tv and very difficult to have phone conversations - even outside. Very annoying and inconvenient. Also, no complimentary coffee at 2:00 pm. You should have a fresh pot at all times. Consider getting some air pots like most other dealerships.

I had not previously met him but he listened and was very patient in showing me vehicles and with answering my questions. The purchase was handled quickly and, after the purchase, he has continued to stay in touch to answer further questions on my part. What truly elevated the experience was the video the technician sent while working on my vehicle. He walked through his inspection of the engine, fluids, filters, tires, and brakes, narrating what he observed and noting whether anything required service. This level of transparency instilled real confidence in the entire service process. A job well done.

The service department is fantastic, like a well oiled machine. Very friendly, they greeted me by name and followed up with updates as my car went through the process.

The dealership was great to work with. No complaints with them at all. But, I really dislike all of the text and phone calls that I receive.
