They have been working really hard to try to solve the vibration problem that I’ve always had and they’re doing good. It’s a little better yet. I haven’t had it out on the highway yet so we’ll see and they get it in and get it out and get all the warranty work. They did great.

I was very pleased with my visit last week. I went in for my 10,000 mile check up and was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I got a video of all that the technician checked and any recommendations for upcoming repairs. I was very pleased.

Service was fine. Got back to my truck to find oil/grease on my interior. Then, found a small scratch on drivers side door after leaving. Had personally hand-washed and detailed my truck the previous day. I feel my vehicle should’ve been returned in as good or better condition than when I dropped it off.

I was from out of town. Service rider told me to come back in the morning at 7 AM and they can get started on me. They did got it fixed as out by 10:30-11:00 great dealership great service rider thank you.

My service attendant wouldnt call me back and it was not until my car was hostage for tw days did I find out what was wrong with it and what they had already started fixing. Finally on day 3 another attendant told me the bearing was gone and no I couldnt have a loaner car (its a GMA on warranty still and I am without a car????) Day 4 they said an axle also had to be repaired but the service guy didnt show up at work. Still no loaner - Day 6 my car was repaired

My car was there 3 times in 2 weeks. First visit was for an air flow sensor in which I guess my gas gauge was off and I just needed fuel, AMAZING. Leave with my car and notice my start is going out, had to take it back the next day because before hand, it wasn’t an issue. They replace the starter which is awesome but upon getting it back I drove it for probably little over an hour and then I get an alert on my dash that my engine is overheating and I needed to park my car and turn it off in which I did, popped the hood and come to find that their is no fluids in my vehicle period. No antifreeze, no oil… well I guess when replacing my starter and taking all the things out needed to get to the starter and putting it all back together, a radiator cap was forgotten then causing a giant leak in my car from all my fluids. Overall point, I feel the experience was exhausting and a lot of it was upon coming to this dealership for work and getting it back with a new issue with this car has BARELY hit over 3k miles, this vehicle is still new and now I’m paranoid as hell about my new car that will have my kids in it daily. Tough experience forsure and not to pleased with it.

Tony was great and took great care of my vehicle. Communication and service were both excellent.

Everything went well, as far as I’m aware of, with my vehicle; however, I was never given an exact quote on how much everything would be before the process. I was told initially $399 for the transmission fluid whenever I scheduled the appointment. When asked again while dropping the vehicle off, I was quoted $299. The end total was the $399, but it was misleading being told the incorrect price. I was also given a quote of $85 for the oil change. This ended up being $105. I understand they may of needed to put more oil in as I have a 6 qt tank, but it would have been nice to be quoted the correct price. I took it to a GMC dealership expecting them to know my vehicle as it’s a GMC, and there seemed to be no information. Lastly, the dude at the front desk who I dropped my keys off with was annoying. He seemed very irritated about me asking questions, and hurried me off. He was also smacking his gum super loud and obnoxiously, and that was also very irritating. Professionalism wasn’t anywhere near where it should be, and caused the experience to be bad. I will not be coming back.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They called said the truck was ready, I get there, the truck was already pulled under the awning. I get in truck, and the glovebox was sitting in passenger seat floorboard, with a filter behind it. I guess they forgot to install it and then whomever drove it over under the awning, didn't see a glovebox sitting in the floorboard.

I was in a bind with a tire that had a piece of metal in it. The found a replacement tire, had it at the shop before I even arrived. To top it off, they were able to patch my tire saving me about $200

I had not previously met him but he listened and was very patient in showing me vehicles and with answering my questions. The purchase was handled quickly and, after the purchase, he has continued to stay in touch to answer further questions on my part. I appreciate the shuttle to/from the dealer. My new tires are on, battery sensors in and a battery replaced. Tony was very nice and informative of the work being done. Too bad it always costs so much for me to get my car serviced.

My service advisor, Harrison, was top notch. Though working for an unimpressive and jerk of a supervisor, Josh Hacker, Harrison always was straight-forward and tried to find the win-win scenario in dealing with us. Harrison would be the ONLY reason I’d ever do business with Crain again! Time after time, he’d link me to the best person needed and they’d continually fail him and your company by constantly dropping the ball. Harrison was consistent in his approach and should be commended for his dedication to your brand.

The all points inspection report was not done by the technician. For all I know you had my vehicle in there for 4 hours and did absolutely nothing to it. Very disappointing. I called and was told that the technician probably forgot, or may have been a trainee. But I could come back and you could do it. That would be another 4 hours of my life I couldn’t get back. No thanks, and do better.

Service agent and overall service was good. PLEASE turn down the music in the dealership. Couldn’t hear the tv and very difficult to have phone conversations - even outside. Very annoying and inconvenient. Also, no complimentary coffee at 2:00 pm. You should have a fresh pot at all times. Consider getting some air pots like most other dealerships.

Josh started off a little rough around the edges, but I have to admit he’s growing on me and ended up taking good care of things. Called eight days in advance for an oil change. Appointment was for 7 am on April 23rd. Sat in the waiting area for 1:45 minutes. The truck wasn’t taken to the work bay for at least 30 minutes. Why was an appointment set for 7 am when the workers don’t start work until after 7:30?

My service experience was awesome. My wait time was quicker than expected. Employees were patient, friendly and super helpful. I was kept in the loop of my service process and explained everything in great detail.

The oil change process gets slower and slower each time. Over 2-hours for a oil change, tire rotation and basin 30K mile inspection. I used to perform oil changes and tire rotations outside of St. Louis and we had an expectation that a Lube Oil & Filter service + Tire Rotation could take over and hour. Service gets slower and price is increasing's, the math doesn't math!

Harrison is a great service advisor. But Crain has a lot to be desired when trying to reach people on the phone or thru email. Harrison = Excellent Being able to Communicate with Dealership = Poor Receptionists has a lot be desired as a friendly, welcoming and helpful voice. Emails bounce with broken links, been trying to email for 3 days, with no success.

Very disappointing experience. This was my THIRD vehicle purchase from this dealership, and I expected much better. My 2024 truck had ongoing mechanical issues, so I traded it in for a 2026 vehicle—only to have the same problems again. When I returned to get help, the manager, Nick, was rude and told me to leave instead of addressing the issue. After years of loyalty and thousands spent, this is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this dealership.

Crain is easily the best GM dealer in Northwest Arkansas. I bought my truck from a different dealer but I always had challenges with that dealer's service department. My most recent visit with Crain I had several recalls that needed to be taken care of. We found a time that worked, and they were easy to deal with throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using only them for my service in the future.

I like the video of car and i added the suggested add ons .. the issue was young lady who took my car in almost no interaction and absolutely no follow up. i requested quote on tires when first arrived 3 1/2 hours later she says hadn’t got to yet i watched her doing nothing.. then after oil change 1 hour and they suggested add ons i asked how long she said oh 40 min max i said do it .. 2 hours later i asked her to go see how much longer she acted put out she went back there said he finishing up 30 min later the young man who always takes my car calls me up to get my $600 plus payment and now i get tire quote.. i said i’ll call back on tires … i ll buy their but not with her help and later ..

Jared was the salesman and he was easy, no pressure. Knew the vehicle and explained it very well. Johnathan was the salesman manager and is an asset to Crain. He was very calm as he explained something he explains a number of times daily. I actually kinda enjoyed the paperwork because of Johnathan.

The staff are knowledgeable and efficient. Some people aren't into high pressure sales and know what they want, I did appreciate Andre answering my questions and helping me decide between two cars, but he never pressured me or hurried me. I did not like the pressure to buy the addons, but I understand it. Maybe take no as the answer the first 2 times and then back off.

We made our purchase online and Garrett went above and beyond to help it go smoothly. Then when we arrived with our trade our new Buick Envista was waiting. He went over each option with detail so we understood how they worked. He helped make our experience better than expected. Mike, the finance Manager also helped make our experience a good one. We would recommend Crain and Garrett to anyone.

Whenever my truck was brought around, my tires were not rotated, and the representative handling the transaction was surprised by how much I had to pay, the other representative let them know that I had to pay more for my oil because of a factory recall on the 6.2L engine. So, not only did I not receive a tire rotation that was supposed to have been completed, I was also overcharged for oil because of a GM recall.

Although Crain is not the closest dealership to me, I’ve purchased my last three vehicles from them and continue to use them for service. Service was great. I appreciate the inspection video and the ability to decline/approve additional services. However, not always the easiest to see this stuff during work hours so sometimes there is a delay. I do appreciate the service team accepting competitor's coupons as I don't normally see them come from Crain. I'd say in general folks appreciate being able to save a couple bucks from time to time.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. Our salesman, Nick, was knowledgable and forthright with information. The sales and finance mangers worked with us to make the purchase stress free. I have driven Ford trucks for 34 years, so getting me to decide to purchase a GMC truck was not an easy task. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new GMC that they should visit Crain GMC.

Best visit removed all of the negative points from my last visit and helped restore my faith in Crain.

Service has always been great, however clean up the waiting area, it’s dusty and dirty. I guarantee if you go to a BMW or Toyota dealership, there waiting area are clean. We drive a work truck but expect decent furniture and amenities if waiting. Maybe this was just an in between cleaning but let’s go!
